NEW MINERAL RIGHTS OWNERS GROUP, Meeting Held 12/2/33 in Tyler County.

Seventy concerned citizens met in Middlebourne yesterday to discuss Senate Bill 694 that has brought forced pooling to West Virginia. Also discussed was the substantial reduction in royalty payments that has occurred since June of this year. The primary speaker was Nate Cain, Candidate for the US Congress from WV Second District. Description: Environmental Health & Safety violation issued on 11/30/2023 to DIVERSIFIED PROD LLC in Fallowfield Township, Washington county. 102.22(a) – SITE STABILIZATION – PERMANENT STABILIZATION – Permitee failed to have site permanently stabilized and protected from accelerated erosion and sedimentation upon final completion of earth disturbance activity.

Code Chapter 102, during and after earthmoving or soil disturbing activities, including the activities related to siting, drilling, completing, producing, servicing and plugging, constructing, utilizing and restoring the site and access road.
