Learn all you can about and from FracTracker!

Halt the Harm Network & FracTracker Offer Multiple Sessions on Maps & Data

To: Regional Friends and Concerned Residents ~ March 2, 2022

In next week’s webinar, Using Maps & Data to Empower Action, Halt the Harm Network will join FracTracker’s mapping team as they show you how to harness the power of maps and data to bring about change.

When it comes to extractive industries, maps are often used to allocate resources and make decisions without the public’s input. Data is withheld and manipulated to keep people in the dark. The good people at FracTracker work to reverse that by working directly with frontline communities to create the tools they need to educate, organize, and plan for a just transition.

Join us next week to learn more. We’re offering this webinar multiple times (you only need to sign up once!).

On (1) Tuesday, March 8th from 6-7pm EST and (2) Thursday March 10th, from 1-2pm EST, we’ll be giving a version of this webinar that shares projects from across the country.

We’ll be hosting a similar webinar on (3) Thursday, March 17th at 1pm EST with mapping projects and a discussion specific to the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania region if you live, work, or are otherwise interested in what’s going on in Allegheny County.

We hope you can join us! It’s time to learn these things!
