The main speaker will be Dr. Robert Pollin, distinguished University of Massachusetts economist and lead author of the recent report, “Impacts of the Reimagine Appalachia & Clean Energy Transition Programs for West Virginia.”

Robert Pollin will be joined by panelists Jeff Young, Managing Editor of the Ohio Valley Resource, and Ted Boettner, Senior Researcher of the Ohio River Valley Institute.
