Opportunity to comment on DEP Consent Order on Stonewall Gathering Pipeline

For everyone who has followed and documented the state of affairs during construction of the Momentum Stonewall gathering pipeline, you should cut and paste this link included in this public notice:(http://www.dep.wv.gov/pio/Pages/Settlements,Ordersouttopublicnotice.aspx )

Please check the violations DEP issued for the pipeline and the penalties they have recommended for those violations.

This shows how they will approach violations during the construction of the MVP and ACP lines and so is important that we voice our approval/concerns/objections to the evaluations via Stonewall in that it sets precedent for all that follow.

Comments about this Consent Order will be accepted til June 19th.
