E-Day 2023 Information and Registration ~ Call to Action 

There are currently over 6,500 orphaned wells across the state of West Virginia. These wells were left behind by the oil and gas industry, leaving taxpayers responsible for the costs to plug them. Not only is this an economic liability, but these orphaned wells also pose a major threat to landowners’ property rights, to the environment and to the communities in which they are located.

We&#039;re excited to share some great news from the West Virginia Capitol! We have seen some significant victories, with two bills passing the House floor and moving on to the Senate for consideration. HB 3110 and HB 3189 are crucial legislation that impact your community positively.
