DOER and MassCEC are seeking qualified consultants (“Applicants”) that can provide technical expertise, stakeholder engagement, and grant application development in support of the Northeast region’s submission. Selected applicant(s) will work with DOER, MassCEC, and other stakeholders to develop pathways to establish a Northeast hydrogen hub aligned with the state’s long-term climate objectives for the production, processing, delivery, storage and end-use of clean hydrogen in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the surrounding region, particularly in regions that are aligned with the Commonwealth’s Clean Energy and Climate Plans for 2025, 2030, and the forthcoming Clean Energy and Climate Plan for 2050.
