The old wells on my place are in the Benson sand, and the gas goes to Dominion. They are worked by Eastern, owned by Warren Buffet. They just plugged a well and did a first class job of it. Even returned to reseed when the first time did not work out well.

That report from the Ohio River Valley Institute is quite disturbing. The WV DEP is hamstrung by the Legislature and Governor. They don’t care.
