My opinion. Tenants that find their apt radon levels are above epa 4 to MITIGATE, have no power. ZIP. cannot mititgate and mgmt firms from far away pull the old we will test the apts and place canisters inside of partially closed bookshelves to get NO air circulation at all. My house is 90 years old and they're FRACKING above me and a quarry beneath me. I have water coming in my basement that the Water Department won't even test, because the city owns the land that some of these wells are on. Contacted my city council and all I'm told is that I'm the property owner and it's on me. About a week ago. My home started shaking like an earthquake. I can hear this noise under my house and when it subsides all I hear is POPPING all around my home at times. I need someone to test this water, because to me it seems suspect, because I know they're drilling under our homes and we're not even getting ROYALTIES!!!!
