It's unjust that Ohio takes in toxic waste from PA & WV -- it does that because its regulations are more lax -- that's why it's worth trucking the stuff across the Ohio River. As for the various official saying it's perfectly safe and won't be too loud and it's necessary -- that should be taken as their volunteering to have the wells put in across the lane from THEIR homes. Yes, here in WV too, the laws are written so that corporations have the right to put toxic wells wherever they please, and humans do not have the right to protect their homes and communities. This is obviously wrong, and shows that our political system is BROKEN. Mary Wildfire Justice for residents is lacking in all this!
