		<description>I&#039;m not impressed with this piece, mostly because it chooses to focus on an unsympathetic victim -- a couple who clearly have buckets of money and came in from outside. 

It also appears that the problems are caused by construction, implying they may be temporary -- I suspect there will be other problems when the plant starts operation. 

Feeding demand for fracking, and climate change certainly should be mentioned.</description>
