		<description>Large solar farms displacing agricultural and forest land is problematic. There should be more panels on roofs, especially in cities; there should be panels over parking lots; but most of all, we need to reduce energy use. The American Way of Life is wasteful. Perhaps 1% of Virginia&#039;s land would be acceptable if this supplied all its energy needs, but that doesn&#039;t seem likely.</description>
