The request for an extension to complete the pipeline appears to be based on erroneous information regarding the rate of actual completion, the actual need for the pipeline product into the future and their repeated failure to adhere to the law and environmental requirements. The public should not be required to support and FERC should not approve this extension request due to their repeated failure to meet the requirements that were set forth from the beginning. Please do not rubber stamp this already failing project.
