URGENT: We just got word that the House could vote on a massive lands package as soon as NEXT WEEK. If we succeed in passing it, we can save America's best parks program. Tell your representatives to vote for our lands before it's too late »

After months of gridlock, we are incredibly close to saving our best parks program as soon as next week.

Just a few days ago, the Senate passed a public lands package with overwhelming support — and included is the restoration and permanent reauthorization of the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF). This is a huge win for our communities because LWCF protects local green spaces, enhances national parks, and boosts families' access to public lands in every region of the country.

But what happens next is up to us. As soon as early next week, the House will vote on this bill. Your representative needs to hear from you before they take the next step and vote on this critical legislation. And we continue to push for full, dedicated funding, so the program has the resources to protect these important places. We're rallying the nation to protect our lands and create an enormous win for conservation — and we can't do it without your help.

We need to flood offices with support for our public lands to get this bill over the finish line. Sign our petition and tell Congress to vote YES for our lands »

Permanently authorizing and fully funding LWCF will continue to give access to communities that otherwise do not have contact with the outdoors because it protects and completes existing parks and helps create new green places.

We've had teams on Capitol Hill and and advocates like you have worked for months through LCV's Our Lands, Our Voice campaign to flood congressional offices with letters to save LWCF. The public lands package that just passed the Senate would permanently reauthorize this critical program — a major step forward to save LWCF for generations to come. We wouldn't be so close to the finish line without the work of LCV supporters like you.

We can't stop now. We need to get an overwhelming majority of the House on the record in favor of this package. If we meet that goal, it means there's no opportunity for anti-environment legislators to add in harmful amendments that could sink the entire package.

With the new pro-environment House ready and willing to make protecting our environment a priority, now is the perfect moment to get this bill across the finish line. We CAN save America's best parks program but only if we all speak out together. Will you raise your voice today?

We can't wait on this. Help permanently protect the Land and Water Conservation Fund and pass this critical package. Contact your member now »

We can't let this opportunity to protect our best parks program pass us by — please act now to protect LWCF today.

Thank you for fighting for our parks.
