I about fell off my chair when I read the name of the former state cop, Hutson.

Many people in Penna. are familiar with him when he was "investigating" (or otherwise "intimidating") people known to oppose the industry.

Citipaper ran an article about this a couple years ago called "To Serve And Protect" on the front page.

He had a state police badge with a Shale rig embedded on it.

A reporter named Adam Fetterman did a good job on this!

Leave it to the Oil and gas industry - never miss a chance to use the government to advantage.

Billions in subsidies, bought and paid for law makers, distorted enforcement of law by government agencies supposed to protect citizens, buddy-buddy relations with those in power, false science.

Trying to cozy up to the enforcers is one with the rest of their game.
