We the people request you stop the madness once and for all and reject Forced Pooling and Trespass without Owners Consent.  This is not a Partisan issue it is a FREEDOM issue!

I and many others do not agree with any government infringement of citizens constitutional right to possesses and exercise authority over their property.

I and many others do not agree with any government attempt to legalize the taking of property outside the confines of the constitutional provision of eminent domain. 

I  and many others feel strongly that anyone who supports “Forced Pooling” and “Trespass without the Owners Permission” is supporting unjust and sanctioned theft.

I and many others strongly endorse Representatives who are against these repeated measures to violate our constitutional rights of property; and likewise, I and many others strongly oppose those who introduce, reintroduce and support these measures.
