First of all, Presidents' Day was supposed to replace BOTH Washington's Birthday and Lincoln's, which is also in February. And--I disagree with common assessment that these two were our best presidents, often with Reagan as the best recent one. I'd pick Jefferson, FDR and Carter for the recent one.
