Former Vice President, Dick Cheney, was from the Halliburton Company and his involvement with Congress resulted in many loopholes in federal regulations to favor the oil and gas industry.

All of these loopholes should be removed by Congress before federal approvals are given for export terminals or other projects that benefit the oil and gas companies! Their profits are already so high as to be obscene. Their projects have attracted more than sufficient capital investments.

This is my message to the President and to the Congress!
