Before coming to any conclusions about this case, it is important to see the content of these files as well. Let's face it - for files to be missing like this clearly indicates that someone is trying to hide something. These files could contain THE most important information of the case. With a judge like Pozonsky, (who, as I understand, had a history of destroying evidence in cases), and the money and influence of the oil and gas industry all coming together, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who's trying to keep critical information from coming to light.
