According to recent articles in the Observer-Reporter and the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, when the case was unsealed there were files that were MISSING. Before coming to any conclusions about this case, it is important to see the content of these files as well.

Let's face it - for files to be missing like this clearly indicates that someone is trying to hide something. These files could contain THE most important information of the case.

With a judge like Pozonsky, (who, as I understand, had a history of destroying evidence in cases), and the money and influence of the oil and gas industry all coming together, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out who's trying to keep critical information from coming to light.
