		<description>One thing we can do is join with other green groups and petition the state and federal governments.  If there are enough people shouting that the cleanup costs are a ligimate cost of doing business then, maybe, with some luck, the message will be heard and the EPA&#039;s will require that companies cleanup rather than acting like 3 year olds.  We should demand that regulations be put in place to require cleanup as part of doing business in WV and in the USA.</description>
