		<description>This looks to be a valuable dialogue but seems to be cost prohibitive to the public.  Most on the panels are likely being paid as they speak by some entity. Yet attendees, if citizens representing themselves want to attend, must pay $150? Surely there is a way to facilitate participation at this important event by people without deep pockets. Please offer a variable entry fee. Thank you.</description>
